The garden of ADVIK Senior Housing is designed as a Nature Oasis that promotes the health and wellbeing of its residents. Based on the principles of Vaastu, the landscape program of the site follows the path of the sun and the rhythm of the waking hours. The garden is encircled with program elements that can be enjoyed at all hours of the day, at the appropriate hour.

The Advik Garden is an Green Oasis with flowering trees and fragrant shrubs. There are more than 700 trees planted at Advik. Deciduous trees line the walking and cycling paths to provide shade in the summer and sun in access in the winter. Flowering and fragrant trees such Amaltas, Flame of Forest, Spathodea, Gulmohar, Champa, Millingtonia have been placed in clusters thoughout the site to attract birds and butterflies.
