The DLF Landscape Concept plan is 2.8acre redevelopment of the open space surrounding the Amenity Building and the Office Block. Comprising of one high rise tower and a smaller amenity building, the planned built development accommodates office space, food facilities, an auditorium and a creche. These facilities will become the heart of the DLF Chennai Campus. Its is expected that the campus population will gravitate here for food and fun.

The two buildings are arranged around a central street that stitches them together. Filled with green planting and seating, this internal street feels like a garden alley. Meantime, the concept of the external surrounding landscape is that of an urban plaza. Spill out seating under glades of small trees serve the restaurants. The entrance of the Amenity Building is to the north and is flanked by two linear fountains. The Office Block has its own distinct entrance on the south side of the development, where cars and taxis can do drop off and pick up with ease. Since Block 12 sits at the centre of the entire campus, generous sidewalks have been created all around it to allow for easy pedestrian routes through the entire campus. Since many people will come to the campus and depart from this building, clear and generous curb side taxi drop off zones have been created on all four sides.
